Douglas F. Ocker, J.D. about me

DougI am an Elder Law attorney accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs. I specialize in helping veterans, members of a veteran's family, or surviving spouses of a veterans in obtaining long term care benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Most veterans and spouses are not aware of the benefits available. Even if a veteran has been denied benefits in the past, as an attorney, I can restructure assets and income for benefits eligibility. In addition, as an Elder Law attorney, I can coordinate VA Benefits and Medicaid Benefits for long-term care.
